Thank you for shopping with us! We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination within the United States. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Shipping carriers may experience occasional delays that are beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, delivery location, and the size or weight of your order.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We will ship to APO/FPO addresses.  (We love our military!) 

Order Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at TumbleweedTradingCo@yahoo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
